April’s Major Festival: Special Celebrations for Hanuman Jayanti
Mumbai — Devotion and उत्साह are being witnessed across the country as people celebrate Hanuman Jayanti, marking the birth anniversary of Lord Hanuman.
From early morning, long queues of devotees were seen outside temples, offering prayers and seeking blessings. Special पूजा rituals, aartis, and bhajan-kirtan programs were organized at various religious sites. Many places also hosted recitations of the Sundarkand and Hanuman Chalisa, along with distribution of prasad.
Major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Varanasi, and Ayodhya witnessed elaborate arrangements, with authorities ensuring tight security and smooth crowd management due to large gatherings.
On this occasion, several religious and social organizations also promoted acts of charity and service. Food distribution drives and community meals (bhandaras) were organized for the needy.
Social media platforms were filled with wishes and visuals from celebrations, reflecting the widespread enthusiasm and spiritual fervor.
Hanuman Jayanti once again showcased a blend of faith, tradition, and unity, bringing communities together in celebration.
