Two Cars Collide in Borivali East

Mumbai: A serious road accident was reported in Borivali East where two cars collided head-on, creating panic among locals and causing temporary traffic congestion in the area.
According to eyewitnesses, the accident occurred on a busy road when both vehicles were allegedly moving at high speed. The impact of the collision was strong, resulting in significant damage to both cars. A few people reportedly sustained minor injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
Soon after the incident, officials from Mumbai Police and the traffic department arrived at the spot to manage the situation. The damaged vehicles were removed from the road to restore normal traffic movement.
Preliminary investigation suggests that rash driving could be one of the main reasons behind the accident. Police are currently reviewing CCTV footage from the surrounding area and recording statements from eyewitnesses to determine the exact cause of the crash.
