New Delhi, India — The nation observed Veer Bal Diwas with deep respect and pride, paying tribute to the extraordinary courage and sacrifice of Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s Sahibzadas, who laid down their lives while standing firmly for truth, faith and righteousness.
Veer Bal Diwas commemorates the martyrdom of Sahibzada Zorawar Singh Ji and Sahibzada Fateh Singh Ji, the younger sons of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, who were brutally executed by the Mughal rulers for refusing to give up their beliefs. Despite their young age, their bravery and spiritual strength continue to inspire millions across India.
Across the country, prayer meetings, cultural programs, seminars and educational events were organised to spread awareness about their supreme sacrifice. Schools and colleges held special sessions to teach students about the values of courage, integrity and standing up against injustice.
Prime Minister and other national leaders also paid tribute, saying the Sahibzadas’ martyrdom is a guiding light for the youth of India, reminding them that true strength lies in moral courage and unwavering faith.
Citizens from all walks of life joined in remembering the young heroes, sharing messages on social media and participating in community events to honour their legacy.
Veer Bal Diwas stands as a powerful reminder that even the youngest hearts can show the greatest bravery when it comes to defending truth and humanity.
